This section of the training program reviews the TERMS and DEFINITIONS in the HIGH SCHOOL rule book such as BALK, BUNT, etc.  Each lesson reviews the DEFINITION of the TERM, the CRITERIA that constitute the term or definition, and the proper MECHANIC for calling or ruling on the term – where applicable.
